ARTIST PROFILE

My work explores the energy, rhythm, and shifting lines of landscapes and seascapes, often painted expressively and from memory.

I draw inspiration from the Chilterns and the Cornish coast, translating their atmosphere into layered colour and gestural mark‑making. 

My current work focuses on the tension between remembered places and lived experience, exploring how memory shapes the way we see and feel the land.

Studio

I paint at Mays Farm Studio - an amazing community of 9 artists who share a studio on a farm near Wallingford Oxfordshire.

​Workshops and Painting Days

I run workshops, painting days and 1:1 and small group tuition from Mays Farm Studio. Sessions are suitable for complete beginners and all materials are provided. My approach is too enable students to explore and find their style and confidence.
